The Graphics Interface Organizing committee has arranged discounted university accommodation for attendees through the University Visitor Accommodation team of the University of Victoria. These accommodations are convenient (on Campus, just minutes walking away from the main venues of the conference) and inexpensive.
The University Campus is also well connected by public transit to most of the city of Victoria and the surrounding communities and attractions (there is a major city bus hub on Campus).
There are 4 types of accommodation available:

Deluxe Double Apartment | Each Residence apartment has a twin extra long or double bed, private bathroom, seating area and small kitchenette. This includes cookware and dishes. Maximum occupancy 2. | $171 |
Deluxe Cluster Unit | Cluster units feature four bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Each bedroom is lockable and features a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Each unit is booked by the unit. | $290 |
Note that cluster units are ideal for groups or families.
Tax is 15% (GST+PST+ MRDT)

Booking for a longer period than the conference can be negotiated directly with the University Visitor Accommodation team.
A limited number of rooms in each category are held, and no reservations are held after April 30th, therefore we recommend that booking is done as soon as possible.
