Mikhail Bessmeltsev

Mikhail Bessmeltsev is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Operations Research at the Université de Montréal. He received his Ph.D. from University of British Columbia working with Prof. Alla Sheffer, followed by a postdoctoral assignment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with Prof. Justin Solomon. His interests span various topics in computer graphics and geometry processing/modelling, including sketch processing, cartoon animation, sketch and mesh parameterization, and image vectorization.
